Shipping costs vary depending on package dimensions and weight, as well as shipping address. You can choose the delivery address, either a home address or a delivery point. Delivery points offer users a way to ensure they receive their packages, avoiding any possibility of missing deliveries when not at home.

Real-time tracking

Instead of having to individually check each package online, Delhivery allows you to keep track of all your shipments by simply logging into the app. You can check the status of the packages you send and the ones sent from e-commerce platforms in India. The app allows you to see the package's history, including the last location where it was scanned. You will also be able to see the estimated delivery date.

Insure your shipments

Delhivery also gives you the option to insure your shipments thanks to Delhivery Protect. This service has an additional cost, but it guarantees you won't lose money if your order is lost or damaged. Another interesting benefit of this service is that you don't need to print a shipping label. The couriers carry an envelope with a code already assigned with the tracking number. However, there is no packaging service available, so you will have to pack it yourself before shipping.
